Hired, the leading recruiting platform that matches top talent with the world's most innovative companies, announced today that it has raised another $30 million in Series D funding. The round was led by Investment Group of Santa Barbara (IGSB), with participation from existing investors including Lumia Capital, Sierra Ventures, Crosslink Capital and others.
The new funding will help Hired expand its global presence, launch new products and services, and continue to deliver on its mission of creating a more transparent and efficient hiring market. Hired currently operates in 18 cities across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and has helped over 10,000 companies find and hire more than 100,000 candidates.

According to a recent report by Glassdoor, the average time to hire in the U.S. is 23.8 days, and the cost per hire is $4,129. Hired aims to reduce these numbers by streamlining the hiring process and eliminating the need for multiple intermediaries such as recruiters, job boards and agencies.
